I have known Jay and Ruth Rainey as friends and colleagues for many years and have always admired Jay’s career in school leadership. He has created a remarkable track record of success over that time and is widely respected among his peers for his thoughtfulness, intelligence, and strategic insight. I immediately thought of Jay when first deciding to retire and could not be more pleased that he will be Westminster’s next President. I look forward to working closely with Jay, our Board of Trustees, and our Leadership Team to create a seamless and smooth transition. My congratulations to the Search Committee for finding a great leader for Westminster’s next chapter!
