Thank you for helping us
Lead On: The Campaign for Westminster reached a remarkable finale on June 30, 2026, with $160 million contributed.
The Campaign will have an enduring impact on Westminster, thanks to the 8,000+ supporters whose collective generosity and dedication made this historic effort possible. Westminster is poised to embrace possibility and lead with purpose. The world will call on our students to lead. They will be ready because of you.
A Message From Emilie Henry,
Vice President for Institutional Advancement
Across campus, Lead On is now part of the daily experience of our students. In classrooms, studios, and labs, they are working across disciplines in partnership with faculty, testing ideas, and bringing them to life in ways that reflect how they learn today.
What has taken shape here is a direct reflection of this community—its generosity, its belief in Westminster, and its commitment to our students. What began as a bold vision is now part of everyday life, shaping how students think, create, and grow.
It is both profoundly inspiring and gratifying to see that vision realized in such tangible ways—and to know it has been made possible by so many who care deeply about this place and its people.
Thank you.
Campaign Priorities
The Promise
of Lead On
Through Lead On: The Campaign for Westminster, we set out to offer an experience that matches our students’ ambition—one in which the campus itself serves as teacher, catalyst, and source of inspiration. Today, that promise is realized across campus. New and reimagined spaces—and the experiences unfolding within them—invite students to experiment, collaborate, and bring bold ideas to life in ways that reflect how they learn and engage with the ever-changing, complex world around them.
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our community, the promise of Lead On continues—preparing our students not only for what’s next, but for the lasting impact they will make in the world beyond Westminster.
Campaign Impact

Thanks to the Wildcat community's collective generosity, The Westminster Fund reached $5 million for the first time in 2023–24 and surpassed that milestone each year thereafter, achieving a record-breaking year in 2025–26.

Visionaries of Lead On
Lead On: The Campaign for Westminster was made possible by thousands of acts of generosity, each advancing Westminster's promise to create a future equal to the aspirations of its students—today and for generations to come. Every transformative endeavor begins with bold vision and generous leadership. The Visionaries highlighted here exemplify that spirit and belief through extraordinary commitments that helped bring the Campaign's ambitious aspirations to life, inspired others to invest in Westminster's future, and propelled the Campaign forward.
OLIVIA AND JOHN BARGE: Early in 2021, John Barge ’64 reached out to Westminster looking for meaningful ways to give back to the School, a place that has had a lifelong impact on him. From those conversations,a transformative gift emerged—the lead gift for Westminster’s new front door: Barge Commons. A home for leadership development and community engagement, Barge Commons facilitates the many ways in which a Westminster education is enhanced by deep connections with one another, the city, and the world beyond our gates. “When I learned about this building that welcomes the world to Westminster, I knew right away that I wanted to be part of it. It gave me a welcome chance to express my appreciation and to help Westminster grow even stronger. It gave me a welcome chance to express my appreciation and to help Westminster grow even stronger.” – John Barge ’64

THE LOVE FAMILY: Our youngest Wildcats were welcomed back to a newly renovated and expanded Love Hall in August 2024. A lead gift from the Love family—Dennis Love ’74, Jimmy Love ’75, Cal Love Jennison ’76, Keith Love ’79, and David Love ’90—continues the transformative philanthropy begun by their parents, Gay and Erskine Love, who made the original building a reality in 1996. “Because our parents believed in the best education from the very start, we were extremely fortunate to have attended Westminster and received an excellent education that helped propel us to college and beyond. We all benefited from the ambitious vision of Dr. Pressly and the generosity of many families and organizations before us. Since the Lower School was such an important part of our educational experience, we believe the greatest impact for our gift will be felt by bringing those facilities up to new standards to support the current and future learning environment of the youngest students.” – The Love Family
