The Promise
Of Lead On
From its very beginning, Westminster has been guided by a clear purpose: to create a unique student experience that pairs bright, motivated students with teachers who can ignite their passions and help them reach their boldest aspirations.
The world is changing, and the challenges our students face are growing more complex. Remaining forward-leaning is not optional—it is our responsibility and our promise. Through Lead On: The Campaign for Westminster, we set out to offer an experience that matches our students’ ambition—one in which the campus itself serves as teacher, catalyst, and source of inspiration.
Today, that promise is visible across campus and alive in the daily experience of our students. New and reimagined spaces invite them to experiment, collaborate, and create—bringing ideas to life in ways that reflect how they learn and engage with the world around them.
As Westminster has done throughout its history, this community has answered the call with extraordinary generosity and belief in our vision for the future. And as these spaces continue to shape the lives of our students, the promise of Lead On continues—preparing them not only for what’s next, but for the impact they will make in the world beyond Westminster.
Campaign Priorities
Spaces That Shape Learning
From Love Hall’s Lower School classrooms to the flexible academic spaces of Hawkins Hall—and across the arts, athletics, and emerging technologies—students learn in environments designed for both reflection and collaboration. Divisions feel more connected. Disciplines intersect more naturally. What once happened behind closed doors now unfolds in proximity, making learning visible and shared across campus.
A Connected Community
Lead On reshapes how Westminster gathers. From Barge Commons and the revitalized quad to Love Hall, Hawkins Hall, and the Athletic Complex, shared spaces now sit at the heart of campus life. Programs that once operated at a distance now unfold in relationship to one another.
Students connect across grade levels and divisions. Faculty collaboration extends beyond departments. Parents and alumni move through a campus designed to include them. The School feels more connected—across generations and beyond its gates.
Empowering the
Westminster Experience
Lead On was inspired by the ambition and innovation of our students and faculty. New and reimagined spaces were designed to give their work room to grow.
Through The Westminster Fund, the daily experience of Westminster students is sustained and strengthened. It supports exceptional faculty, equips classrooms, and ensures that programs across divisions remain dynamic and responsive to students’ needs—helping ensure that every Wildcat benefits from the opportunities that define a Westminster education.

A Message From Our President
Over the past several years, Lead On has taken shape across our campus in ways that are now part of the daily life of our students.
It can be seen in how students work together, how they approach problems, and how they are challenged to think and create. These spaces play a crucial role in how students learn each day and reflect what Westminster values as a school.
This progress has been made possible by a community that believes in Westminster and in the immeasurable potential of our students. The generosity and commitment that have brought the School to this point have made a lasting difference in the lives of our students, faculty, and entire community.
What happens next will animate the final chapter of the incredible story of this transformative effort. This is a moment for the Westminster community to come together and carry Lead On across the finish line—through continued investment in the people, programs, and places that shape the student experience.
Thank you for the role you have played in bringing us this far. It is a privilege to be part of this special community.
Onward,
Keith Evans

A Campus Transformed
A Message From Emilie Henry
Across campus, Lead On is now part of the daily experience of our students. In classrooms, studios, and labs, they are working across disciplines in partnership with faculty, testing ideas, and bringing them to life in ways that reflect how they learn today.
What has taken shape here is a direct reflection of this community—its generosity, its belief in Westminster, and its commitment to our students. What began as a bold vision is now part of everyday life, shaping how students think, create, and grow.
It is both profoundly inspiring and gratifying to see that vision realized in such tangible ways—and to know it has been made possible by so many who care deeply about this place and its people.
